CLIENT'S CHARTER

ILP Perai, Department of Manpower, Ministry of Human Resources, is entrusted to provide skilled and trained workforce.  Therefore, we promise to:

INSTITUT LATIHAN PERINDUSTRIAN PERAI CLIENT’S CHARTER (UPDATED ON 29 FEBRUARY 2024)

  1. Settle all billing claims within a maximum period of seven (7) days from the date of receiving complete documentation.
  2. Verify receipt of complaints within 24 hours and provide responses to the complaint within seven (7) working days.
  3. Disburse pocket allowances to eligible students not later than the 10th day of the following month.
  4. Distribute students’ examination result slips for each semester within two (2) weeks after the deadline of examination and certification small committee meeting.

Ensure that every customer dealing at the counter will be attended within 15 minutes of waiting time.
